This new build restaurant, hotel and car park development is based adjacent the Fontwell Park Racecourse near Arundel. The 40 bedroom Travelodge hotel was built originally as an Inn Keepers Lodge hotel before being sold. The Old Stables pub and restaurant remains as a Vintage Inn within the Mitchells and Butlers estate.
